BALLET
All ballet classes require a neat bun secured with bobby pins and hair elastics. No messy buns! White or black ballet sweaters/cardigans may be worn over the leotard in the cooler months.
Petite Ballet 2 - Blue leotard Junior Ballet 2, 3 and 2/3 -Green Leotard Beginning Pointe - Black Leotard Teen Pro Ballet - Black leotard Teen Ballet 3/4 - Black leotard Sr Elite Ballet -Black leotard Sr Pro Ballet + Pointe - Any color Ballet 4/5 - Any color leotard Boys & Men - Black tights, white shirt, white socks, white or black ballet shoes |
Tiny Tots, Combo classes
- Girls - Leotard with attached skirt or gymnastics biketard. No tights!! Tap shoes required. Hair secured away from face.
- Boys- Shorts or athletic pants, tight fitting shirt. Tap shoes required.
All Jazz & Turns and Tech classes
- Any dance outfit, two-piece or leotard. Tights are allowed only if they are footless. Jazz shoes or turners.
Tumble
- Hair pulled back. Dance leggings or fitted shorts. Leotard, any color. No half-tops, t-shirts or sports bras. Gymnastic biketard is allowed.
Jazz & Contemporary
- Hair pulled up away from face. Dance leggings/shorts. Dance tops, jazz shoes or turners. Jazz shoes not required for contemporary classes.
Hip Hop
- Hair pulled away from face. Dance leggings, sweatpants, shorts etc. Appropriate dance tops. Sneakers/athletic shoes.
Tap
- Dance attire, tap shoes. No street clothes or school uniforms
Ballroom
- Girls and Women - Leotard/tight crop top with a Latin fringe practice skirt (no sequin). No leggings. No t-shirts. Short dance shorts are ok under the skirts. Any colors are acceptable.
- Gentlemen - Black Latin ballroom pants.
- Girls ages 8-12. Cuban Heel ballroom shoe with straps. Dark or light color is ok to match skin tone.
- Ladies ages 12+ Flared heel ballroom shoe with straps. 2.5" heel. Darker or lighter color is ok to match skin tone
- Gentlemen - Black Latin Ballroom shoes with Cuban heel. Flexible, suede sole only.
